We discussed why Catherine brought her guinea pig to the clinic with her. I loved your answers. In the next chapter, there was a big incident with Kristi and Ryan. We saw a bit of a mean side of Catherine. Based on her reaction and what she is saying, what inference can you make about Catherine and Ryan?
Also, why does Catherine ask David "Who are you?" I found that weird. It's her brother. What does she mean by this?
Catherine wants Kristi to date Ryan. Catherine tells David who are you because he did something wrong.
ReplyDeleteCatherine and Ryan probably have a really bad past with each other so they really hate each other. I think Catherine asked David “Who are you?” because her mom told her to not cause him to echo characters from books. So she asked him that because she wanted him to know his real name isn’t Toad its David. That’s why I think she asked him that.
ReplyDeleteCatherine and Ryan proboly aren't friends because Ryan could have done something really mean to David so Catherine got really mad at him. Catherine says "Who are you" because she wants David to know that he is acctuly David not a person who is really sick.

I think she said who are you because just a moment before she was staring at his head and thinking about how someone can look so normal on the outside but broken on the inside. She is not sure who he really is because he is different person on the outside than he is the inside.
